Newborn portraits to treasure foreverThe newborn stage is one of those seasons you don’t realise how quickly you’ll miss until it’s already changed. Your baby will never be this tiny again — the sleepy cuddles, curled-up poses, delicate lashes, tiny toes and fresh newborn details all pass in what feels like a moment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Newborn sessions are best held when your baby is around 8–14 days old, while they’re still tiny, sleepy and naturally curled up. We recommend booking during your third trimester and using your due date as a guide. If baby arrives early or late, don’t worry — we’ll simply adjust your session date.
Every session is calm, relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of time for feeding, settling, cuddles and little breaks. Your baby doesn’t need to sleep the whole time — I’ll gently soothe them for dreamy sleepy shots, but awake moments are just as beautiful.
I also have a selection of soft knits, wraps and simple pieces ready for baby to wear, so there’s no need to bring outfits unless you have something special in mind.
