A LITTLE SNIPPET ABOUT US



We’re Jo and Alan, a husband-and-wife team based in Dunedin, capturing heartfelt photography and films for growing families.


Jo is the photographer, known for her soft, natural and timeless style. Alan is the videographer and second shooter, capturing the little movements, emotions and moments photos can’t always hold, while trying very hard not to get in Jo’s way.


As parents ourselves, we know how quickly babies grow and family seasons change. That’s why we love creating relaxed, meaningful sessions that preserve not just how everything looked, but how it felt.


Our sessions are relaxed, warm and never too serious, because the best photos usually happen when everyone feels comfortable enough to just be themselves.

I take a limited number of newborn sessions each month to ensure flexibility for babies who arrive a little earlier—or later—than expected. To secure your preferred date, it’s best to book your session around 12 weeks into your pregnancy.
