Deluxe Newborn + Family Session
Experience our exclusive Deluxe Newborn Session, designed to capture your baby's earliest days in stunning images. This session includes parents and siblings. For best results, schedule your session when your baby is 8-14 days old. This allows us to capture your newborn at their most serene and peacefully sleeping.

- 2 hour photo session with everything from our standard newborn session plus the following:
- Photos of baby naturally posed in a beautiful boho themed basket;

How does it work?
Step 1: Simply book a session to pencil in a date or contact us if you have any questions.
Step 2: Read & sign our services agreement
Step 3: Secure your session with full payment prior to booking date. An invoice will be emailed to you after you've signed the agreement.
Step 4: We will send you a client guide with info on how to prepare for the shoot and what to expect.
Step 5: Bring your family to our studio at 19B Portsmouth Drive, Dunedin and have fun!
Step 6: We will post-edit your images to make sure they are perfect.
Step 7: Receive high-quality images via our private online client gallery.
Where are you based?
All our newborn photoshoots take place in our professional studio at 19B Portsmouth Drive, Dunedin (MOD & TOD headquarters). We only use professional studio lighting and high resolution camera equipment, so you get the highest quality images.
How do we know what to wear?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a client guide. This will have information on how to prepare for the shoot and what to expect. It will contain a colour guide for clothing etc.
How should I prepare baby for the photoshoot?
We recommend feeding your baby at home and keeping baby awake for one or more hours just before the photoshoot. This will help your baby fall asleep during the shoot, allowing us to capture those dreamy, sleepy shots! We also recommend dressing baby in a zip or button growsuit this will make it easier to get baby undressed for the session.
What is your style of photography
My photography style focuses on intimate, heartwarming moments, especially in family and newborn portraits. My images are soft and tender, with a natural, warm colour palette. I use soft natural lighting, which gives a peaceful and warm feel to my photos. Many of my shots emphasise close-ups, capturing the fine details like little hands, feet, and facial expressions, bringing out emotions and connections among family members.
When do you schedule sessions?
Our in-studio sessions are scheduled between 10:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and Sundays.
Can I still book a newborn session if my baby is older than 14 days?
Yes. However we cannot guarantee images with "sleepy" and "posed" shots. Usually for older babies we will capture a more "natural" and "unposed" style of photography. If your child is 3 months or older, please book our Baby Milestone Sessions.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes, we have a print store that you can access via your private online gallery. We can print anything from standard prints, fine art prints, canvases, floating frames, holiday cards and more!
Our photos are printed on Kodak professional-grade archival paper for increased colour gamut, excellent skin tones, sharpness and brilliant image quality.
